When you hit problems you don’t understand then we will try to resolve them for you and explain in plain English what has happened. One thing we have found is that the vast majority of problems are not caused by you but by other people interfering with your system through viruses and spyware or through general parts failure. Our rates for private customers are £44 per hour, there is no callout charge, and no premium for out of hours visits that are mutually convenient.
We also value our existing customers. So for those customers we also provide FREE telephone support. It is not uncommon to hit a little snag where it is not necessary for us to come and see you and where a few words can instantly get you back on track.
Our many years of supporting business systems means we understand that a problem with your computers can affect more than just yourself or other users of your system.
We also appreciate that certain jobs or tasks need to be undertaken out of hours to ensure the system is operating the next morning. We have a wide understanding of software as well as hardware and can offer training, support and systems documentation and development in a lot of areas. Our basic rates for business customers are £50 per hour, with no callout charges. Although Day Rates are negotiable for larger or regular jobs
Our aim is to ensure that the computer system is not the reason staff get frustrated with their jobs. We do this by addressing the problems as quickly as possible, using loan equipment where possible to ensure continuation of work.
